A globally ranked analyst for Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, and Credit Lyonnais, he has an outstanding network of high-level contacts in the finance industry across Asia and the Middle East.
Jim holds a certification in Artificial Intelligence from MIT.

Background | A Harvard-trained attorney and technology company manager, Jay was an Of Counsel attorney in the Reed Smith Venture Capital and Technology Transactions Practice Group and has had a long career advising startups on formation and fund raising issues. He was Twitter’s first full-time in-house attorney and has advised Oracle, Google, Splunk, and other leading technology companies on cloud, software development, and other legal matters. Jay ran the Silicon Valley office of the Texas Pacific Group/Jerusalem Global Bank-backed early stage venture capital firm, Yazam.
Jay holds two certifications in Artificial Intelligence from UC Berkeley. He is active in the Harvard Business School and Stanford Business School Silicon Valley entrepreneurial communities.
